Since 2016, essential.aero has supported this client across every dimension of their private PART-NCC operation. What began as a comprehensive aircraft management mandate has grown into a full-service partnership covering safety and compliance management, crew training, and regulatory oversight — evolving with every stage of the client's aviation journey.

Phase-Out and Phase-In

With the client's previous aircraft reaching the end of its operational lifecycle, we managed a seamless transition: coordinating the structured phase-out of the old aircraft while preparing the entire regulatory and operational framework for the delivery of the newly manufactured Phenom 300E.

This kind of transition requires meticulous planning. Every certificate, manual, and approval must be current before the new aircraft enters service — and our team ensured there was no gap in operational readiness.

Regulatory Work and Documentation

Our task for the new aircraft involved comprehensive regulatory groundwork, including:

- Authoring of PART-NCC Operations Manuals tailored to the client's operation - Preparation of the Minimum Equipment List (MEL) in accordance with EASA requirements - RVSM (Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum) approval - MEL approval through Germany's Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfahrt-Bundesamt)

Obtaining MEL and RVSM approvals through a national CAA requires close coordination with the authority, detailed technical documentation, and an in-depth understanding of both the aircraft type and the applicable regulatory framework. Our team handled the complete process on the client's behalf.

The Embraer Phenom 300E

The Phenom 300E is widely regarded as the world's best-selling light jet. The 2026 model year brings refined avionics, enhanced cabin comfort, and best-in-class performance for the category — including a maximum range of approximately 2,010 nm and a top cruise speed of 464 knots.

For a private operator flying under PART-NCC, it represents an ideal combination of capability, efficiency, and operating economics.
