We facilitate aircraft sales and acquisitions, providing market intelligence, transaction support, and advisory services.

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement. Generally, payment is required in advance of service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary depending on the specific service and operator. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Cancellation fees may apply as specified in the individual service agreement.

We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for cancellation and trip interruption protection.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• • Our liability is limited to direct damages and excludes consequential, indirect, or special damages
• • The Company maintains professional liability insurance as required by applicable law

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of essential.aero GmbH or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
