Düsseldorf Airport (DUS / EDDL) is our starting point when planning a flight to or from the city. Private flights are handled at the Executive Terminal on the western side. We assess the airport against your destination address and preferred flight times.
Handling, operating hours & availability
Regular jet operations allow departures from 06:00 to 22:00 and arrivals from 06:00 to 23:00 local time under the applicable noise rules. The Executive Terminal publishes separate opening hours of 05:30 to 23:00. Handling, operator requirements and conditions for the actual aircraft are checked separately. An open terminal does not authorise a departure.

For Messe Düsseldorf, a hotel in the city or an appointment in the Ruhr region, we can coordinate a chauffeur through local partners. For an exhibition, specify the entrance. If you have several collection points or substantial luggage, we agree the vehicle and arrangements in advance.

Where should I go for my private flight?
At the Executive Terminal on the western side of the airport, separate from the regular passenger terminals. We confirm the precise meeting point and recommended arrival time for your flight.
Can I fly home after a late evening meeting?
We plan regular jet departures between 06:00 and 22:00 local time, with arrivals until 23:00. For later appointments, we discuss a different itinerary. Terminal opening hours do not extend the departure window.
