Arrival and return waves, accompanying staff, baggage and assistance needs form part of the brief. Arrangements are coordinated with the organiser and suitable airlines; the necessary entry and pilgrimage permissions, as well as flight approvals, must be in place.

Passenger numbers are only the starting point. Route, baggage, equipment and preferred comfort all shape the aircraft options. You can enquire about the following aircraft families.
For smaller tour groups, teams and corporate travel on regional routes. Seating and baggage space are assessed for the whole party.
For larger groups, incentive trips and tour-operator flights. The Airbus A320 family, including A319, A320 and A321, and the Boeing 737 offer different sizes and layouts depending on the variant.
For very large parties and longer journeys, we assess widebody aircraft. Passenger Boeing 747 availability requires a separate check; we will discuss alternatives where needed.
The models listed are a guide. Variant, seating, baggage capacity, range and availability are confirmed for the aircraft offered. For larger groups, we also assess multiple aircraft or departure waves.

Departure, destination, timing and passenger numbers come first, followed by baggage, equipment, catering, assistance and any additional departure points. Your agency or assistant can coordinate with us.
We assess suitable airlines and aircraft, explaining seating, baggage options and costs. We also discuss payment and cancellation terms and any confirmations still outstanding.
Once you have chosen an option, we coordinate timings, handling, passenger lists and agreed extras. Ground transfers through partners can also be arranged on request.

A whole-aircraft charter is booked for your group. Available seats depend on the specific aircraft and its seating layout. For very large parties, several flights or departure waves may be appropriate.
The quotation depends on the aircraft, route, dates, positioning flights, airport charges and requested services. The cost per person also depends on the final group size. We quote for your itinerary rather than advertising a fixed seat price.
