Gstaad Airport at Saanen (LSGK) is close to the resort. Its short runway and surrounding terrain limit aircraft choice. The operator checks aircraft suitability and payload; the crew must be familiar with local approach conditions.
Handling, operating hours & availability
Every take-off and landing needs prior permission from the airfield, known as PPR. We coordinate customs, operating hours and weather checks with the operator. If Saanen cannot be used, a suitable alternate is needed, such as Bern or Geneva once confirmed.
Onward travel & baggage
From Saanen, we can arrange a chauffeur to your accommodation. Share the precise address, including stays in Schönried or Saanenmöser. For your return, we allow for collection and airport handling.

Can my private jet land directly at Saanen?
It depends on the aircraft offered, its payload and conditions on the day. We ask the operator to confirm suitability and, where needed, compare Bern or Geneva with an onward transfer.
What happens if the weather rules out Saanen?
A suitable alternative airport must be used. We discuss the fallback plan in advance and adjust your transfer to the confirmed arrival. A helicopter also needs suitable weather, so an onward journey by road forms part of the planning.
Can I travel to Gstaad in the evening?
We assess the flight and transfer against your preferred time. If Saanen or a helicopter connection cannot be used then, we compare another arrival airport with a chauffeur transfer. A late arrival can only be agreed once the operating arrangements are confirmed.
Can skis and cases travel separately to the chalet?
Yes. Local partners can provide separate luggage transport. Share the number and dimensions of your bags. We agree collection and delivery times so you know what to keep with you in your hand luggage.
