Airport selection & considerations
San Francisco International (SFO / KSFO) sits on the peninsula south of the city. We consider it for a stay in San Francisco, appointments on the Peninsula or an airline connection. For other Bay Area addresses, we also assess Oakland and San José.
Handling, operating hours & availability
SFO has a dedicated handling facility for business and private aircraft, known as an FBO. We confirm the meeting point and services required for your flight. If you are connecting with an airline, we allow time to reach the appropriate passenger terminal, deal with baggage and complete the required checks.
Onward travel & baggage
Local partners can provide a chauffeur into San Francisco or to an address on the Peninsula. For Palo Alto or several meetings in Silicon Valley, we also compare arriving at San José. The actual address and time of day guide the transfer plan.

A meeting in the Financial District and a company visit in Santa Clara are both Bay Area trips, but they call for different arrivals. We compare San Francisco, Oakland and San José against your destination address and the flight options available.

Should I choose SFO, Oakland or San José?
We need your actual destination address to make a useful comparison. SFO is on the Peninsula, Oakland on the eastern side of the bay and San José in the southern Bay Area. We assess the flight options alongside the onward drive.
Which airport suits a meeting in Silicon Valley?
It depends on where the meeting is. We consider SJC for San José or Santa Clara; SFO may also suit other Peninsula addresses. For several visits, share the proposed schedule.
Can I leave from a different airport?
Yes, you can request different arrival and departure airports. We assess how the aircraft can be positioned and the effect on your quotation. Transfers are then coordinated around the confirmed airports.
Can you arrange an onward drive to Napa Valley?
We can coordinate a chauffeur through local partners. Share the accommodation address and luggage requirements. The transfer is planned to that address; hotel stays and wine tastings are not automatically included.
