Airport selection & considerations
Not every private jet is suitable for Aspen. We assess aircraft for your party and luggage. If weather prevents landing, another airport may be needed. We discuss the additional journey time and transfer to your chalet in advance. For 2027, a closure is announced from 23:00 local time on 4 April until a planned reopening at 19:00 on 19 November. We plan a different arrival airport for that period.
Handling, operating hours & availability
Where should you arrive, and when can your flight operate? We confirm the terminal or private aviation handling facility, operating hours and required permissions. Parking arrangements and aircraft suitability are checked for your flight too.
Onward travel & baggage
On request, we coordinate chauffeur and airport transfers through partners. Share your final destination, passenger count and baggage so that your flight and onward journey work together.
Location and time zone: airportsdata · as of 30 September 2026. Operating details are checked before booking.
The chalet remains the destination.
Share your accommodation and all ski equipment and luggage. If the arrival changes, we adjust the transfer. For travel in 2027, we also account for the announced airport closure for construction work.

No. We assess a suitable aircraft for your party and luggage. If weather prevents a landing, another arrival airport is needed. We agree the additional journey time and transfer with you.
