Handling, operating hours & availability
Private flights require advance permission for apron use, known as PPR, requested through a licensed ground handler. Flight times and the permitted parking period are confirmed for your journey. An approved arrival does not automatically allow the aircraft to remain throughout your stay. Full-day Thursday runway closures are announced from 19 November 2026 to 18 March 2027, except 24 and 31 December and 7 January. We check your travel date before booking.
Onward travel & baggage
For your chauffeur, we need the full villa address or the agreed meeting point for your yacht. The New Port at Tourlos and the Old Port in Chora are separate destinations. For a yacht arrival, we agree collection with your contact on board using the actual berth.

Can I choose any arrival and return time?
Tell us your preferred times. Airport availability and handling require confirmation. If your schedule is inflexible, request both flights together before committing to onward connections.
What happens if the wind is too strong?
If conditions prevent the flight, the plan must change. We discuss a different time or suitable arrival airport and adjust any booked transfer. A landing cannot be guaranteed.
